Aquatic Sports – Returns, Refunds & Policy FAQs
Most unused products may be returned within 14 days of purchase, as long as they are unopened in original packaging and include the required return form.
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable or consumable goods (such as absorbent materials, oxygen cells, air or gas fills)
- Gift cards
- Used or worn items
- Sale, clearance, or discontinued products
- Custom or special orders
- Prescription or custom-lens masks
- All digital educational materials and programs
Contact Aquatic Sports to request a return authorization (RA). We will send a downloadable link or PDF for you to include with your return shipment. Please provide your order number when requesting the RA form.
All returns must be shipped back to Aquatic Sports. Please do not return products directly to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial. Approved refunds are processed within 48 business hours and credited back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 1-5 business days to post the refund.
Yes. A 15% restocking fee and the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. To avoid this fee, you may choose store credit instead.
If a returned item is used, damaged, or does not meet the stated conditions, we can ship it back to you at your expense.
Start by checking your bank or card account. Then contact your credit card company or bank to confirm processing timelines. If you still have not received your refund, email us with your order number.
Yes. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges, including sending the item back and shipping the replacement. Once your exchange is processed, you will receive an updated shipping invoice.
If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the value of the return. After the return is processed, a digital gift certificate will be emailed. If the gift was not marked or was shipped to the purchaser, the refund will go to the original payment method.
Training and certification fees are generally non-refundable once enrollment is confirmed. Partial consideration may be given in special circumstances. No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the class start are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
Local trips: For all open water weekends, divers need to give a 10-day notice before cancellation of open water. Your deposit will not be transferable after 10 days.
For Boat Dives or local dive events, all local dive excursions are non-refundable after 10 days. Special terms may apply trip by trip.
International Trips: All travel deposits are non-refundable for trips 90 days before departure. There will be a 20% cancellation fee on all deposits. Please take out trip insurance to ensure your deposit. This applies to domestic and international trips.
